Lewis Construction Advisory was founded to give international property investors and developers the one thing they most often lack: an independent, experienced pair of eyes on site.
Joe Lewis, our founder, is a British-trained construction professional with over 12 years of experience across UK residential construction and large-scale Australian commercial and agricultural construction — including the oversight of approximately 80 agricultural shed builds.
That hands-on background — knowing how buildings are actually put together, and what quietly goes wrong when no one is watching — underpins every inspection, report and recommendation we deliver.
We work for the owner, not the builder. My job is to be your independent eyes on site — and to show you exactly what I see.
